Crosspoint is the college ministry of Grace Bible Church.
Crosspoint exists to help SFA students become devoted Jesus-followers through worship, community, service, and multiplication.
Worship: We grow to reflect Jesus more as we enjoy and obey our loving God.
- Crosspoint is a college service that meets at 6pm on Sunday nights for worship through song, teaching, and discussion. The gathering is held at 2305 Raguet.
- There is a free meal provided afterwards.
Community: God has saved a community of people who follow Jesus together – there are no “lone ranger” Christians.
- Community groups are where students seek to grow in deep, transformative relationships with one another. For more information on community groups and how to get involved, click here.
Service: Because we have been made sons and daughters of God’s family by the work of Jesus, we now all have “household chores” to engage in joyfully. For more information on opportunities to get involved in serving, click here.
Multiplication: The Christian life is about learning to follow Jesus more faithfully and calling others to join that journey as well.
Our College Pastor Roman Walley
Roman Walley became the pastor of Crosspoint in June of 2016. Roman and his wife Amy were both college students at SFA and grew significantly through the ministry of Crosspoint as students. Through the ministry of people at Crosspoint and Grace Bible Church, Roman first began to walk with Jesus and mature as a Christian. After graduation, Roman and Amy lived in Dallas where Amy worked in a financial firm and Roman was trained at Dallas Seminary. Now God has graciously opened a door for them to return to Nacogdoches and serve in the ministry that made such an impact on them. Roman and Amy’s goal in all that they do through Crosspoint is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who increasingly love God and other people.
