Crosspoint

About

Crosspoint is the college ministry of Grace Bible Church.

Crosspoint exists to help all college-aged men and women grow as fully devoted followers of Jesus through word, worship, service, and family.

WordGod has saved a family of people who follow Jesus together by studying the Bible and living it together.

And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship” [Acts 2:42]

Worship: We grow to reflect Jesus more as we enjoy and obey our loving God.

And they devoted themselves to…the breaking of bread and the prayers. … And day by day, attending the temple together” [Acts 2:42, 46]

ServiceBecause we have been made sons and daughters of God’s family by the work of Jesus, we now all have “household chores.”

And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day … praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved” [Acts 2:44-46, 47]

Family: Because God our Father has loved us as His sons and daughters, we love each other as brothers and sisters.

And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day … praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved” [Acts 2:44-46, 47]

Our College Pastor Roman Walley

Roman and his wife Amy were both college students at SFA and grew significantly through the ministry of Crosspoint as students. After graduation, Roman and Amy lived in Dallas where Amy worked in a financial firm and Roman was trained at Dallas Seminary. God has graciously called them back to Nacogdoches to serve in the ministry that made such an impact on them. Roman and Amy’s goal in all that they do through Crosspoint is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who increasingly love God and other people.
